Lord, Strengthen My Faith

Today’s Miracle Monday is a story of anointing submitted by Sister Stefanie Arcuri. We hope it brightens your morning on this Labor Day weekend.

Last summer, I was thinking to myself during the week how I’d never been anointed and immediately received a healing.

I was praying and told God that if my faith was lacking, please strengthen it because I completely believe He has the power to heal any affliction.

A few weeks later, it was the day of our Sunday school picnic, which my husband and I were in charge of running. I woke up that day with such a bad pain in my face that I could hardly talk. I pressed on for the day in a lot of pain and was unable to sleep much that night.

The next day at church, I was still in pain. During Sunday school, I was pleading with God to take this pain away from me. The ministry anointed me, and within minutes of going back to my seat, the pain was completely gone.

I had to stand and tell the congregation what had just happened. I asked God to strengthen my faith and give me a healing, and that is exactly what He did!

What Answer Did God Give You?

Have you, like Sister Stefanie, ever asked God to help strengthen your faith or another area of your spiritual life? How did He answer you? If you have a story to share, we’d love to hear it and share it on a future Miracle Monday!

This article has undergone ministry review and approval.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” Hebrews 11: 1. Faith is the connecting power into the spiritual realm, which links us with Lord Jesus and makes Him become a tangible reality to the sense perceptions of a person. Faith is the basic ingredient to begin a relationship with Jesus the true and only God.
