In 2011, I discovered — and my doctor confirmed — a large tumor in my body. I was facing further tests, which caused me great concern. On a Sunday morning, I went before the ministry of the branch to be anointed. That day, a sister shared the following vision:

After the brother placed the oil on your head and before the ministry placed their hands on your head to pray, in that very short amount of time, I saw what I perceived as a single drop of oil falling out of nowhere onto your head. It was a very large drop!

Then, as the brother was praying on you and my eyes were closed in prayer, a beautiful scene appeared in my mind’s eye. I saw you dressed in a glowing and most beautiful white gown of sorts. You were wearing a crown of white roses, and you were smiling so sweetly. There was no darkness in this scene, not even a dark background, just your dark hair! 

I wondered what this could mean, and then the understanding came to me. White is pure and clean, just like your body, pure and clean of any illness. I know I didn’t just imagine this in my mind because I could never create anything so beautiful.

This experience brought me great comfort and peace. I knew the Lord was with me, and, no matter what I would be dealing with, I had nothing to fear. 

Within the week, tests confirmed there was no need for further concern. The Lord had taken care of me as He has all my life. I can never thank Him enough for His love and mercy. Praise God!
