Today’s Miracle Monday comes from a September Ladies Circle meeting of the Irvine Branch local. This one is for all of you who are praying for a healing.

Sister Sandra O. asked for prayer for her husband, Mike, because he has a bed sore. Mike has been bedridden for four years with dementia. He recently turned 70, but his symptoms began about 13 years ago. Sandra doesn’t always know how to pray for him, but her personal desire is that he would arise from his bed and be healed someday. His healing would be a great witness to her sons, doctors, family, friends, and neighbors of God’s undeniable power and glory.

We spent the usual time in prayer and lesson discussion. As we were closing, Sister Kika said she wanted to relate an experience she had earlier. She said that when Sandra was telling us her desire for Mike’s healing, the Lord told her to read Mark 11:24.

We asked Sister Kika, “What does it say?” Sister Kika said, “I don’t know. I only know that Sandra should read Mark 11:24.”

This is what it says, “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

God is so good, and we rejoiced together for this beautiful experience. It applies to us all as we petition God for miracles. Believe!
