Today’s Miracle Monday testimony comes to us from Sister Patty Kerby.

I had cataract surgery a few years ago. They did one eye first and then the other eye a few months later. The first surgery went as planned. My doctor instructed me to put in multiple eye drops each day. I did that for six weeks, after which I was able to stop. My vision greatly improved, which was wonderful. My second eye surgery was performed a few months later. 

Right from the start, the doctor had a little problem removing the cataract from my eye. As with the other eye, I put in the drops many times a day. After six weeks, I stopped the drops as I had before. Immediately, I had severe pain and could not look into a bright light. 

I went to the doctor many times, and this went on for six months. I couldn’t discontinue using the eye drops without severe pain. My doctor was concerned about something else with my body, possibly an autoimmune disease of some kind. 

I went before the ministry to be anointed. I remember the day that the brother anointed me and offered a beautiful prayer. Prior to praying, he asked me which eye it was. He then gently placed a drop of holy oil over my eyelid. 

After that, my eye was healed. I could stop the drops without any pain. 

My doctor was amazed. I shared with her how God had healed me. Praise God for his goodness!
