For those of you who are traveling to sunny California this weekend for GMBA Campout, chances are pretty good that you’re rejoicing in the Lord right now — in anticipation of spending one whole glorious week thinking about spiritual things, praising God, learning more about scripture, and singing your heart out.

For those of you who must stay behind this year, we hope that you can still rejoice in the blessings that you enjoy when you gather together in your own branches and missions to focus on the Lord.

When we rejoice in the Lord, it’s much more than transient happiness. It’s something that we can experience even when things aren’t going our way.

As we look forward to the camp theme of “Peace, Joy and Strength in Righteousness,” we anticipate learning more about the true joy that only Christ can give.

Don’t Miss Next Week!

As in the past, we’ll have Gospel Blog writers at GMBA Camp who will be filling us in on everything that’s happening. See you then!
