Why?

Why????

WHY?!?!?!?!?!

Most of us have questioned God at some point. I bet the odds are good that most of us question God every day!

You turn the key in your car’s ignition, but all you get is sputters, and you grumble, “Why now?”

The boss says the company is downsizing and the layoff isn’t performance related. With slumped shoulders, we squeak, “Why me?”

The doctor calls and asks, “We have your test results. Can you come in to the office to discuss them?” Knowing it can’t be good, you breathe, “Why this?”

Some whys are weightier than others. No matter the weight of your why, we hope today’s Good Word gives you encouragement. God sees the whole picture, and everything He does or allows stems from His divine wisdom.
