We hope that you are enjoying a wonderful Independence Day! There is a lot to reflect on today in terms of our nation, and we hope that this holiday prompts you to pray for our leaders and our fellow citizens.

Bringing GMBA Camp to You

Today we’re kicking off GMBA Camp week here on the blog! Those of you who are at camp, we hope that you enjoy lots of God’s blessings and walk away at the end of the week closer to Him and ready to work for His kingdom.

Those of you who aren’t at camp can still enjoy a slice of what’s happening this week. The camp theme is “The Way” and guiding scripture is John 14:4-6, “And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Each day on the blog, we’ll bring you the camp newsletter, Words for the Way, courtesy of the newsletter editor, Sister Christine Martorana. This is the same newsletter (with a few minor alterations) that each camper receives daily. You’ll see familiar faces and names, and you’ll also learn a little about what the camp theme means.
