God Provides

Continuing our food-related Miracle Monday theme for November, we're sharing two experiences submitted by Sister Flo Perri. We can still use a few more food-related experiences to see us through the rest of the month, so please email your story to This email address is being protected from spambots. At one of our conferences held in New Jersey many years ago, a brother and sister invited two people to stay at their home for the weekend. But at the last minute, four others had nowhere to go, so they invited them to stay also. They were not prepared for the extra four besides their own family of five. At breakfast, as they were preparing to cook the few eggs they had, to their surprise, every egg had a double yolk, and there was enough for everyone! God provided for them as they extended their hospitality to the saints.

Have you ever had double yolks in ALL the eggs you had? God always provides our needs!

Our home was considered an "open house." Our parents had the gift of hospitality and always had the saints over for singing, food and fellowship. We had the privilege to know our apostles and many saints from coast to coast personally because they stayed at our open house. Many times, our parents would invite brothers and sisters for dinner who were visiting our branch that day. As children, we would mention that we were not prepared for extra guests. What are we going to do? We only have one pound of spaghetti! Our parents would reply, "God will provide," and He did. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, our family of six, plus our guests, and God did provide. We were always amazed that there were even left overs! God is so good, all the time! Romans 12:13, we should be "given to hospitality.

December Miracle Mondays

It's never too early to get in the spirit of the season! We need Christmas-related miracles for next month's theme. Did the Lord give you a special experience, testimony, or healing at Christmas time? Perhaps Christmas means something special to you. Please share your stories with us.
